Welcome to WatsayPay. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WatsayPay website, mobile application, and platform (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Creative Reach Technologies (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By creating an account or using WatsayPay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to act on behalf of your business to create an account. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [support email/Contact page] if you suspect unauthorized use.
WatsayPay provides a software platform that allows you to create and send invoices, quotations, and retention contracts, facilitate online payments, manage customer records, and automate payment follow-ups, delivered via WhatsApp, email, or in-app.
WatsayPay is a software platform, not a bank or a money-holding entity. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not hold, custody, or guarantee funds. Our role is to facilitate the invoicing and payment workflow between you and your customers.
Access to WatsayPay is provided through paid subscription plans as described on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you agree to:

Online payments made through WatsayPay are processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of payment features is also subject to that provider’s terms. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or disputes arising from the payment processor’s handling of a transaction, though we will assist in good faith to help resolve issues.
WatsayPay includes an AI Assistant to help with invoicing, quoting, and business tasks. AI-generated responses are provided for convenience and informational purposes and should not be relied on as financial, tax, or legal advice. You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying all invoices, quotations, and figures before sending them.
Your use of WatsayPay is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement, which describe how we collect, use, and protect data.
WatsayPay, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by Creative Reach Technologies. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the platform without our written permission. You retain ownership of the business and customer data you input into the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity. You may cancel your account at any time; certain financial records may be retained as required by law even after cancellation.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, WatsayPay and Creative Reach Technologies are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including payment delays, third-party processor issues, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
